Access

There is no central KTH agreement, so cost is carried by the project or the individual. Compared with KTH OneDrive, which is already paid for centrally, Dropbox adds a direct cost.

  1. Create or join a Dropbox team owned by the project.
  2. Set up a shared project folder with named members rather than public links.
  3. Review sharing settings regularly and remove members when they leave.

About the service

Dropbox is widely used by external partners, which can make it practical in collaborations. Storage location is global and no KTH data processing agreement is in place, so it should not be used for personal or confidential data.
