data: dataset to make publication list from
is_loggedin: boolean parameter indicating logged in status
unit_label: the label for the organizational unit
unit_code: the unit code for the organizational unit
unit_file_label: the label for the download
is_authorbased: indicates if the button is used for author based data, default: FALSE
