No agreement or application needed. Uploads up to 50 GB per record are free; larger datasets can be requested.

Guides

  1. Sign in at https://zenodo.org with ORCID so your output is linked to you.
  2. Choose New upload, add files and fill in title, authors and licence.
  3. Reserve a DOI if you need to cite the dataset before publishing.
  4. Publish — the record and DOI become permanent.

About the service

Zenodo supports FAIR publishing: persistent identifiers, open licences, versioning and machine-readable metadata. Records can be embargoed or restricted, but Zenodo is not a service for personal or confidential data.
